To rotate a picture in Adobe Photoshop you have available commands through the submenu Image – Rotate Canvas.

You are able to apply the examples below:

• 180° – it rotates the view by 180 degrees.
• 90° CW – it rotates the view by 90 degrees clockwise.
• 90° CCW – it rotates the view by 90 degrees counterclockwise.
• Arbitrary – this command rotates the view by an arbitrary angle. For this type of rotation:
  1. Choose the command in the menu;
  2. Type in the amount of rotation angle in degrees;
  3. Specify the direction of the rotation – clockwise or counterclockwise;
